Loan Officers / Originators
Source and nurture commercial real estate loan opportunities. Work with borrowers and referral partners to bring qualified deals to the table, then hand off to our team to manage through closing.
- •Relationship-building with borrowers, brokers, and referral sources
- •Understanding deal types: bridge, construction, acquisition, refinance
- •Your own capital is not at risk because we broker the loan and you originate and earn.
Loan Processors
Keep files moving from application to closing. Coordinate documents, run due diligence, and work with lenders and borrowers so nothing falls through the cracks.

Underwriters
Evaluate commercial real estate loan opportunities. Analyze financials, collateral, and structure; prepare credit memos and present to capital partners.

Operations & Admin
Keep the business running behind the scenes. Admin, vendor coordination, and support so the lending team can focus on closing deals.
